Éléchant Event Organizer & Management main team consists of 7 dynamic and creative youngsters with experiences of organizing and managing events. While we might be a new player in management business, we can assure you that we have the experience and expertise to bring your event a great success. Major events where our team members hold top management positions are among others:
ITB National Choir Festival & Competition (2002, 2004, 2006)
This national event is a prestigious choir competition and festival held once every two years in ITB, which involve approximately 90 choirs (3600 singers), 15 professional & international music experts, and an accumulation of more than eight thousand spectators during its 5 days run. These events also include workshops, friendship concerts, and a winner concert.
ITB Choir international achievement in World Choir Olympic/Games
(2004 in Germany, 2006 in China)
We were responsible in the planning and execution of ITB Choir (50-70 members) preparation in participating in these international events. It includes fund raising, publication, travel program, pre-competition concerts, friendship concerts, workshops, etc. We closely worked with ITB Alumni Association, music professionals, media & press, sponsors, etc. We are glad that these projects have successfully resulted in 2 gold medals and 4 silver medals and boost the pride of Indonesia internationally.
